Clear expectations for using Nurtomi.

The service

Nurtomi provides photo-based symptom guidance, pruning guidance, watering and feeding checks, and private plant notes. Availability, supported platforms, and prices are shown in the app or relevant store. You are responsible for the content you submit and must have permission to use it.

Use your judgment

Plant names, photo matches, symptom reviews, and AI-generated advice may be incomplete or incorrect. Similar plants can have very different risks. Do not use Nurtomi to decide whether a plant is edible, safe to ingest, medicinal, or safe for a child or animal. If ingestion or exposure may have occurred, contact an appropriate poison service, veterinarian, or emergency service. Care advice is general guidance; local conditions and the plant’s condition matter.

Subscriptions and requests

Paid plans are purchased through the applicable app store. The paywall shows the current local price, billing period, renewal terms, and any eligible trial before purchase. Subscriptions renew until cancelled in your Apple or Google account. Deleting Nurtomi or your account does not cancel a subscription. AI request allowances and reset times are displayed in the app; existing saved records and manually managed care remain available according to the plan shown. Failed service requests are released or refunded to the allowance; a completed, valid uncertain result may still use one request.

Your content and reference material

You keep your rights in photos and notes you provide. You allow us to process and store them as needed to deliver the features you request. Public reference images retain their authors’ rights and individual licenses, available in the image credits. Do not strip attribution or assume a reference image is unrestricted. Nurtomi’s interface and original material are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights.

Responsible use

Do not upload unlawful, abusive, or unrelated sensitive content, attempt to access another person’s garden, bypass usage limits, or disrupt the service. Contact support about a problematic AI result. We may restrict misuse while allowing appropriate account and data requests.

Availability and liability

We work to provide a useful service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, correct suggestions, or plant recovery. To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability is limited to the service provided; nothing here excludes consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Material changes are reflected in the current terms.
